EXPLORING 21ST CENTURY SPIRITUALITY WITH KULTO NI TATO

EXPLORING 21ST CENTURY SPIRITUALITY WITH KULTO NI TATO

In the world of spirituality and self-discovery, my I Am Kamalayan movement is sometimes called "Kulto ni Tato" because some people call me guru and it signifies a community that embraces radical ideas and unconventional beliefs.

In a literature review in San Beda College Graduate School Journal entitled 'Elements of Spiritually-driven Management in a Catholic Business School' by Dr. Emiliano T. Hudtohan, EhD, he likened me to modern interpretations of ancient figures like the asog from the Maharlikhan tradition, a male babaylan, a modern urban shaman, and a guro (teacher) and guru (spiritual leader) for the 21st century. Here's an excerpt.

"Two Filipino personalist non-denominational spiritual advocates: George Sison (2009) and Tato Malay(2014). They are also metaphysical-spiritual writers whom I consider as modern asogs, male babaylans(Alcinas, 1668) of our ethnic past and modern urban shamans (Samuels & Lane, (2003)..  They profess the innate power of human nature in the tradition of Page (2008), Edwards (1999, 1997), Walsch (2014),Bushnell (2005), Ferguson (2010), Boorstein (2007, 1997), Nemeth (1999), Vitale (2007), Day (2007)and Ohana (2005) who advocate the relevance of consciousness in the 21st century in the fashion of Grabhorn (1992, 2004), Williamson (2008), Dyer and Hicks (2014) and Hicks and Hicks (2010).

Malay (2014) is a reincarnation of an asog of Maharlikhan tradition.  From his book, Lessons I Never Learned   in   School,   his   chapter   on   Universal   Laws   of   Success   summarizes   21st  century   spirituality discussed by Neale Donald Walsch; he reechoes the teachings of Sison that God is within us. He explains in a more doable way the teachings of Beck (2012) and Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks (2010) on how to manifest desires and it illustrates in a practical way the universal laws as explained in Real Energy by Phaedra and Isaac Bonewits (2007).

The chapter on I am Kamalayan ends with a personal truth, rather than a mere truism: What one can conceive, one  can create.   He knows very well  how he can make this world a reality. He says, “A kamalayan learner believes that one’s level of consciousness is the power that creates one’s reality.”(Malay, 2014, p.36). Like a guro and guru for and of the 21st century spirituality, he mentors people to reconsider their beliefs. He says, “If what you are experiencing now is not exactly favorable, examine your beliefs and you’ll get an idea where it is coming from and why it is there.   Why are you not achieving and living your dreams?...”

As a mentor and guide for contemporary spirituality, I encourage individuals to challenge their existing beliefs and explore new perspectives on success, manifestation, and the universal laws that govern our reality. I simplify complex teachings on achieving one's desires and understanding the energy that surrounds us, drawing from a diverse range of sources to create a practical and accessible approach to spiritual growth.

Within the I Am Kamalayan movement, I embody the role of a teacher who helps others navigate the complexities of modern spirituality. By incorporating ancient wisdom with contemporary insights, I empower individuals to rethink their understanding of themselves and the world around them. My teachings resonate with those seeking a deeper connection to their inner selves and a greater sense of purpose in their lives.

Through my unique blend of traditional and modern spiritual practices, I invite people to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. I challenge the norms of conventional spirituality and encourage individuals to embrace their inner power and potential. As a guro and guru of the 21st century, I exemplify the evolving landscape of spiritual guidance, offering a fresh perspective on age-old questions of existence and purpose.

BEYOND MONEY: THE TRUE WEALTH OF LIFE

BEYOND MONEY: THE TRUE WEALTH OF LIFE

True wealth extends far beyond the boundaries of material possessions and monetary assets. While money can buy you fancy cars, luxurious homes, and designer clothes, it cannot purchase the intangible treasures that truly enrich our lives. You're not truly rich until you have something that money can't buy.

Consider the value of relationships. Genuine friendships, strong family bonds, and deep connections with others are priceless treasures. These relationships provide us with support, love, and a sense of belonging that money simply cannot replicate. No amount of wealth can buy true friendship or the love of a close-knit family.

Moreover, experiences and memories are invaluable assets that money cannot purchase. Traveling to new places, trying new activities, and pushing your boundaries all contribute to personal growth and fulfillment. The memories we create through our experiences are lifelong treasures that enrich our lives in ways that material possessions never could.

Knowledge is another form of wealth that transcends monetary value. The ability to learn, grow, and understand the world around us is a gift that keeps on giving. Education, curiosity, and a thirst for knowledge are invaluable assets that can open doors to new opportunities and broaden our horizons in ways that money alone cannot.

Happiness and contentment are perhaps the most valuable forms of wealth that money cannot buy. True happiness comes from within, from being at peace with oneself, and from living a life aligned with your values and passions. Material possessions may bring temporary pleasure, but lasting happiness stems from a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and inner peace.

In essence, true wealth lies in the intangible aspects of life – in the relationships we build, the experiences we cherish, the knowledge we acquire, and the happiness we cultivate. While money can provide comfort and security, it is the non-material aspects of life that truly enrich our existence and make us feel truly rich.

So, remember, you're not rich until you have something that money can't buy. Cultivate your relationships, collect experiences, seek knowledge, and prioritize your happiness – for these are the true treasures that make life truly fulfilling and rich.

EMPOWERING CHANGE: THE IMPACT OF SMALL ACTIONS GUIDED BY KAMALAYAN ADVOCACY AND THE UNIVERSE

EMPOWERING CHANGE: THE IMPACT OF SMALL ACTIONS GUIDED BY KAMALAYAN ADVOCACY AND THE UNIVERSE

It is common to sometimes feel like what we do doesn't matter much in the grand scheme of things. We might think, "Why should I bother trying to make a difference when the world is so big and my actions seem so small?" But it's essential to understand that even though we may feel insignificant at times, every little action we take can have a significant impact on the world around us.

I know I am guided by the Universe in everything I do. This means that there is a purpose behind my actions, no matter how small they may seem. This purpose is connected to something greater than myself, something that transcends my individual existence. This is where my Kamalayan advocacy comes into play – it is a calling, a mission that has been entrusted to me by the Universe.

My Kamalayan advocacy is not just about me; it's about helping others, particularly the poor and the weak in society. By embracing this advocacy, I am taking a stand to restore control over the lives and destinies of those who have been marginalized and oppressed. My actions, no matter how seemingly insignificant, can contribute to their empowerment and give them a chance to shape their own futures.

Think about the impact my efforts can have on those who are hungry, both for food and for spiritual nourishment. By standing up for what is right and just, I can help bring freedom to millions of people who are struggling to meet their most basic needs. My actions can be a beacon of hope for those who feel lost and abandoned, showing them that they are not alone and that there is a way out of their suffering.

Remember, even the smallest acts of kindness and compassion can create a ripple effect that stretches far beyond what we can imagine. By staying true to my Kamalayan advocacy and allowing myself to be guided by the Universe, I have the power to make a real difference in the world. So, don't underestimate the importance of what I do – my actions have the potential to transform lives and bring about positive change on a global scale.

To learn more about this, join our Kamalayan Cafe Session this Friday, March 9, 2024, to be held at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, 2nd floor, Glorietta 3, Makati City, at 4 pm.

The world is undergoing a profound shift in consciousness. More and more people are awakening to the realization that we are not solely our physical bodies, but rather spiritual beings having a human experience. This awakening is at the core of a global revolution in consciousness, where individuals are recognizing the interconnectedness of all life and the transformative power of love and compassion.

This revolution is driven by a growing awareness that we are part of something greater than ourselves. It is a recognition that we are all connected, and that by working together, we can create a better world. People from diverse backgrounds and cultures are coming to understand that we are all fundamentally one, sharing a common humanity.

The catalyst for this awakening is a deep-seated readiness within individuals to embrace their true nature and to harness the power of love. There is a collective yearning for a more harmonious and compassionate world, and people are increasingly willing to take action to bring about positive change.

As this consciousness revolution unfolds, the future holds great promise. It is a future where individuals are empowered to embrace their spiritual essence and to foster a world built on unity and understanding. It is a future where love and compassion are recognized as fundamental forces for transformation.

In light of this transformative movement, the I AM KAMALAYAN Movement has emerged. This movement seeks to provide individuals with the tools and knowledge to embark on their own personal journeys of transformation. Through this movement, people are given the opportunity to learn how to create positive change in their lives and in the world around them.

The I AM KAMALAYAN Movement is grounded in the belief that by empowering individuals to awaken to their true potential, they can become catalysts for broader societal change. It offers a platform for people to explore their spirituality, cultivate compassion, and contribute to the collective evolution of consciousness.

Ultimately, the consciousness revolution is a testament to the innate human capacity for growth, empathy, and interconnectedness. It signals a shift towards a more compassionate and harmonious world, where individuals are empowered to realize their full potential as spiritual beings. The I AM KAMALAYAN Movement stands as a beacon of hope, offering individuals the opportunity to embrace their inherent spirituality and contribute to the ongoing evolution of human consciousness.

WE DON'T MEET PEOPLE BY ACCIDENT. THEY ARE MEANT TO CROSS OUR PATH FOR A REASON.

WE DON'T MEET PEOPLE BY ACCIDENT. THEY ARE MEANT TO CROSS OUR PATH FOR A REASON.

The idea that there are no accidents in life and that we attract people who are like us might sound a bit mysterious or even far-fetched at first, but when we break it down, it actually makes a lot of sense. This concept is based on the belief that everything happens for a reason, and that there are universal laws at play in the world around us.

One of these universal laws is the Law of Cause and Effect, which suggests that everything we think and do has a consequence. In other words, our actions and thoughts send out a kind of energy into the world, and this energy is believed to attract similar energy back to us. This is where the idea of attracting people who are like us comes into play.

When we interact with others, we often find that we are drawn to certain people and repelled by others. According to this concept, the people we are drawn to and the people we don't get along with actually reflect aspects of ourselves. This means that the things we like and dislike in others are also present within us. So, when we find ourselves repeatedly encountering people who exhibit qualities that we find challenging or unpleasant, it's believed to be a sign that there is something within ourselves that needs attention and perhaps change.

This idea can be a bit confronting at first. It can be uncomfortable to consider that the qualities we dislike in others may actually be reflections of our own flaws. However, it also presents an opportunity for growth and self-awareness. By paying attention to the people we attract and the qualities we notice in them, we can gain insight into our own behavior and thought patterns. This awareness can then empower us to make positive changes in ourselves, ultimately leading to more harmonious and fulfilling relationships.

The concept of "like attracts like" also suggests that our thoughts and emotions play a significant role in the people and situations we attract into our lives. If we are constantly focusing on negative thoughts and feelings, we may find ourselves surrounded by people who bring more negativity into our lives. On the other hand, when we cultivate positive and constructive thoughts, we are more likely to attract people who bring out the best in us.

In essence, the idea that we attract people who are like us encourages us to take responsibility for our thoughts and actions, and to recognize the power we have to shape our experiences. By being mindful of the energies we project into the world and the qualities we notice in others, we can gain valuable insights into ourselves and work towards creating more positive and fulfilling relationships in our lives.

THE HIDDEN SUPERPOWERS WITHIN US

THE HIDDEN SUPERPOWERS WITHIN US

In Kamalayan, we believe that every person possesses extraordinary abilities that go beyond what we have been taught. According to our philosophy, we live in a multiverse, which means that there are multiple versions of ourselves living in parallel lives. However, there are certain truths about our inherent capabilities that have been hidden from us, leaving us unaware of our true potential.

One of the remarkable abilities we possess is astral projection, the power to separate our consciousness from our physical body and travel to different realms and dimensions. This means that we can explore the universe beyond the confines of our earthly existence. Additionally, we have the potential to manipulate time, enabling us to move backward or forward through different moments in history. This ability can provide us with invaluable insights and knowledge about the past and the future.

Another incredible power we have is the capacity to be present in multiple locations simultaneously. This means that we can exist in different places at the same time, allowing us to experience and influence events in various locations simultaneously. Furthermore, we possess the ability to walk across different dimensions, giving us access to realms beyond our ordinary perception.

Moreover, we can transform into an ethereal state, allowing us to transcend the limitations of the physical world and access higher states of consciousness. This ability enables us to connect with the spiritual and metaphysical aspects of existence. Additionally, we have the power to temporarily suspend ourselves in a state of stasis, which can grant us tranquility and respite from the chaos of everyday life.

Furthermore, our minds hold immense potential, as we are capable of manipulating thoughts and engaging in mental communication. This means that we can influence the thoughts of others and communicate telepathically, transcending the boundaries of conventional language and non-verbal communication.

Many individuals among us also possess the abilities of autistic savants, which can be described as extraordinary skills and talents in specific areas, akin to genius-level capabilities. Additionally, some may exhibit precognition and presentiment, allowing them to perceive events before they occur and sense imminent developments. Furthermore, some individuals may have the gift of clairvoyance or remote viewing, enabling them to access information beyond the scope of their physical senses. Moreover, some may possess the ability of map dowsing, which allows them to locate objects or resources using intuition and extrasensory perception. Finally, telepathy and remote sensing are also within our repertoire, granting us the capacity to communicate and perceive beyond the limitations of conventional methods.

In conclusion, the philosophy of Kamalayan asserts that each of us is endowed with extraordinary abilities that have been concealed from us. By recognizing and embracing these inherent powers, we can unlock our full potential and transcend the limitations that have been imposed upon us.

HOW OUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS MANIFEST INTO DISEASES

HOW OUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS MANIFEST INTO DISEASES

The idea that our negative thoughts can manifest into physical diseases is a concept that has been explored in various philosophies and alternative healing practices. This belief suggests that the state of our mental and emotional well-being directly influences our physical health. While it may not be universally accepted within the medical community, many people find value in considering the impact of their thoughts and emotions on their overall health.

The notion that our thoughts create diseases is rooted in the belief that our bodies mirror our emotions, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. When we experience symptoms of illness, this perspective encourages us to inquire about the underlying emotional or mental factors that may be contributing to our physical discomfort. For example, instead of asking "what is the matter with me?" when feeling the onset of a cold, the suggestion is to ask "who is the matter with me?" This shift in perspective prompts reflection on the emotional or mental sources of the ailment.

According to this line of thinking, specific negative emotions are believed to be associated with certain physical ailments. For instance, anger and hostility are thought to be linked to conditions such as appendicitis, arthritis, heart problems, and high blood pressure. Similarly, confusion and frustration are believed to be mental equivalents of colds and flu, while criticism is associated with conditions like arthritis, liver problems, and high blood pressure. Fear is linked to ailments such as accidents, asthma, and heart problems, and grief and depression are thought to be connected to cancer and colds. Additionally, guilt and self-condemnation are believed to be linked to back trouble, cancer, and hay fever, while lack and limitation are associated with anemia, asthma, and kidney trouble. Furthermore, concerns about aging are believed to be linked to fears about growing old.

While this perspective may seem unconventional, it underscores the interconnectedness of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It suggests that our thoughts and emotions can influence our physiological state and that addressing our mental and emotional health is crucial for overall well-being. It also highlights the potential impact of stress, emotions, and beliefs on the body's ability to maintain optimal health.

It's important to note that while this viewpoint has been embraced by some individuals and alternative health practitioners, it does not discount the importance of conventional medical care. Many factors contribute to the development of diseases, including genetic predisposition, environmental influences, lifestyle choices, and more.

In conclusion, the idea that our negative thoughts can manifest into diseases reflects a belief in the interconnectedness of the mind and body. While this perspective may not align with traditional medical paradigms, it underscores the importance of addressing mental and emotional well-being as part of a comprehensive approach to health. Whether or not one subscribes to this belief, it prompts reflection on the potential impact of our thoughts and emotions on our overall health and encourages a holistic understanding of well-being.
