I TELL MY STUDENTS NOT TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING I SAY OR THEY WILL NEVER COME TO THEIR OWN REALIZATION.

As a teacher on self-mastery, it is crucial to empower students to think critically and independently. It is not enough to simply impart knowledge and theories on them without giving them the tools to evaluate and question these ideas. Therefore, I make a conscious effort to encourage my students to question the things I say and to trust their own experiences and feelings.

One of the most important things I tell my students is not to believe everything I say. While I do my best to provide them with accurate information, I am human and can make mistakes. Additionally, every person has their own biases and perspectives that can influence the way they interpret information. Therefore, it is important for my students to question and evaluate what I say for themselves.

To help them do this, I encourage them to rely on their experiences. Personal experiences can be a powerful tool for learning and understanding. By drawing on their own experiences, my students can better understand how the ideas and theories we discuss in class apply to real-life situations. This can help them to develop a deeper understanding of the material and to better retain the information.

If my students do not have any relevant experiences to draw from, I suggest they trust their feelings. Our emotions can provide valuable insights and intuition that can help us make decisions and evaluate information. While feelings can be subjective and may not always be accurate, they can be a useful starting point for evaluating ideas and theories.

If my students are still unsure about what to believe or how to evaluate the ideas we discuss in class, I suggest they try the theories out for themselves. By experimenting and trying things out, my students can gain firsthand experience and develop a deeper understanding of the material. This can also help them to identify any flaws or limitations in the theories we discuss, and to come up with their own ideas and perspectives.

Unfortunately, many teachers do not encourage their students to think for themselves. Instead, they focus solely on imparting knowledge and theories without giving students the tools to evaluate or question these ideas. This can be detrimental to students' ability to think critically and independently. By contrast, my approach empowers students to take ownership of their own learning and to develop the skills they need to evaluate and question information throughout their lives.

In conclusion, as a teacher, I believe it is essential to empower students to think critically and independently. To achieve this, I encourage my students to question what I say, to rely on their experiences, to trust their feelings, and to experiment with theories for themselves. By doing this, my students can develop a deeper understanding of the material and the tools they need to evaluate and question information throughout their lives.
